Thursday Night Throwdown, TNT, is a community building event held monthly at the Counter Culture Coffee Training Center in Adams Morgan, Washington, D.C. 5 bucks to enter, one latte to pour, winner takes the pot.
TNT is an Octane Coffee project. They did an excellent job creating a special hour that breaks shop and roaster boundaries to bring people together. We were so inspired, we thought we’d bring the project to Washington, D.C. Like Octane, we hope to meet to people, make new friends, and share our love for coffee.
Swing by the training center around 7 if you want to compete. We’ll have something set up so that all can watch and see a running scoreboard of who’s in the lead.
The Training Center is located at Columbia Road, above the Design Within Reach store. Dial up, #202.
